Former USA of Indiana all-star and current MLS Philadelphia Union all star Ray Gaddis visited USA of Indiana teams February 16, 2021, at Sportzone.  Ray spoke with the players about how working hard every day in school and on the soccer field allowed Ray and his USA of Indiana Indy Burn 1990 Eagles team mates to grow into Fine Young Men as Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers, Business leader, Teachers, Soccer Coaches and, for Ray, Matt Hedges, and Perry Kitchen, professional soccer players in MLS.  Ray and Eagles Coach Isang Jacob also talked about always doing what is right when presented with racial inequalities in one's life.  Ray talked about working hard to always do your best and how doing just that took him from winning 8 Indiana State Cups as an USA of Indiana Indy Burn player to being an all-star at North Central HS, West Virginia, to being drafted into the MLS by Union and playing his entire 10 year career.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Gaddis
